Special Services

Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center offers a variety of special services to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These special services include the following:

Patient Representative and Problem Resolution
If there is a problem, discuss it with your nurse. If this is not your choice, speak to the Nurse Manager/designee, who is responsible for what happens on the nursing unit. On evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, speak to the Nursing Supervisor.

You may also call the Patient Representative, who is available to assist our patients during regular business hours. The Representative is a professional trained to act on your behalf as an advocate. If you have any concerns regarding your care or questions pertaining to your stay here, the Representative will meet with you privately and in confidence and then work with the appropriate Hospital personnel to resolve any problem. The number for the Representative is 757-7553. You may leave a message at this number 24 hours per day. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, or on the next regular business day.
